Sheryl Anjanette

Get to know Sheryl
Sheryl Anjanette is the Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board for Parsley360, where she leads the development of a human-centered AI platform designed to improve organizational performance, reduce burnout, and strengthen trust at scale. She brings more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of leadership, performance optimization, and organizational health.
Before founding Parsley, Sheryl held senior leadership roles across healthcare, biopharma, and consumer services. As Vice President at FFF Enterprises, a billion-dollar biopharmaceutical distribution company, she built and led high-performing teams, managed multiple business units, launched an award-winning industry publication, and transformed a cost center into a profitable operation. Earlier in her career, she played a key role in post-merger integration and leadership development following the Elizabeth Arden–Mario Tricoci merger, designing management programs to support large-scale organizational change.
Sheryl is the best-selling author of The Imposter Lies Within and an international keynote speaker on imposter syndrome, responsible AI, organizational trust, and navigating change in high-pressure environments. Her work focuses on translating complex behavioral science and systems thinking into practical, scalable solutions for leaders and organizations.
She holds advanced certifications in performance technology, strategy execution, cognitive behavioral neuroscience, stress and emotional regulation, and behavior design. At Parsley360, Sheryl sets the company’s strategic vision, oversees product direction, and ensures that empathy, trust, and ethical AI principles are embedded structurally, rather than aspirationally, into how the platform is built and deployed.
Craig Martin

Craig Martin is Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer, and Director at Parsley360, where he leads the architecture and development of the company’s AI systems, data infrastructure, and security framework. He brings more than four decades of experience building secure, high-performance software systems across enterprise, government, healthcare, financial services, media, and aerospace environments.
Craig’s background spans advanced systems engineering, high-performance computing, and applied artificial intelligence, with deep expertise in natural language understanding, semantic analysis, and predictive modeling. He has led the design and deployment of complex software platforms operating under stringent reliability, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Throughout his career, Craig has held senior technical and leadership roles supporting large-scale, regulated organizations, including Collins Aerospace and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), where his work focused on secure systems, analytics, and performance-critical applications in highly controlled environments. He later founded and served as CEO of Metaphorlogic, leading the development of machine learning applications in precision medicine, genetics, and computational linguistics.
In a separate venture, Craig founded a technology organization that successfully exited to Clear Channel, a global media company, giving him direct experience navigating scale, integration, and acquisition dynamics. In parallel, he has built and advised technology platforms supporting financial services and fintech use cases, where data integrity, security, and auditability are critical. He has also contributed to defense-related technology initiatives, including projects supporting the U.S. Department of Defense, where secure system design and operational resilience were mission-critical.
At Parsley360, Craig is responsible for translating the company’s human-centered AI vision into scalable, secure, and production-ready systems. He is the lead architect behind Parsley’s proprietary empathetic reasoning engine and oversees the development of the company’s core technology assets, including systems currently undergoing intellectual property protection processes. His leadership ensures that Parsley’s platform meets enterprise-grade standards for privacy, robustness, and ethical AI deployment while remaining adaptable to real-world organizational complexity.
Jim Cerna

Jim Cerna is Chief Financial Officer at Parsley360, where he oversees financial strategy, capital planning, governance readiness, and operational discipline as the company scales toward enterprise pilots and long-term growth. He brings more than 30 years of experience across public and private companies, including extensive C-suite leadership and capital markets expertise.
Jim has served as CFO, CEO, and senior financial executive for multiple technology companies spanning software, digital media, and enterprise platforms. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Deploy360, a user-centered software development firm supporting the U.S. Department of Defense, where he led financial operations in highly regulated environments with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management.
Previously, Jim held senior leadership roles at Loop Media, Inc. (NYSE: LPTV), serving as both Chief Financial Officer and Head of Capital Markets, where he guided financial strategy, investor relations, and capital structure during periods of growth and transition. Earlier in his career, he served as CEO and CFO of FogChain Inc., as well as CEO and CFO of Sauce Labs, helping scale operations across both public and private company contexts.
Across his career, Jim has supported multiple successful liquidity events and operational exits, bringing firsthand experience in acquisition dynamics, governance, and financial controls. He is the author and co-author of several technology-related patents, reflecting his ability to bridge financial leadership with technical innovation.

Nancy Creadon

Meet Nancy
Nancy Creadon is Senior Vice President of Sales and Strategic Relationships at Parsley360, where she leads enterprise sales strategy, partnership development, and long-term customer relationships. She brings more than three decades of experience building trust-driven revenue across healthcare, technology, and services organizations.
Nancy spent eight years as a Vice President at FFF Enterprises, a billion-dollar biopharmaceutical distribution company, where she worked closely with specialty pharmacy, manufacturing, and provider partners in highly regulated environments. During her tenure, she spearheaded VaxAmerica, a large-scale corporate vaccination program whose second season coincided with the H1N1 epidemic. As vaccine shortages and widespread provider cancellations disrupted the market, Nancy managed a significant surge in demand, navigating constrained product supply, limited human resources, and heightened customer expectations while working tirelessly to maintain service continuity and accommodate customer needs.
Earlier in her career, Nancy worked in high-acuity healthcare settings, including cardiac intensive care and oncology nursing, experiences that shaped her approach to leadership, accountability, and decision-making under pressure. She later founded Snap Medical Industries, where she led the development and commercialization of cost-reducing medical solutions that improved patient care while lowering system-wide expenses.
At Parsley360, Nancy focuses on building strategic, human-centered partnerships with organizations seeking to address burnout, engagement, and performance through responsible AI. She works closely with leadership teams to align Parsley’s platform with real organizational needs, ensuring that sales execution reflects the company’s values of trust, care, and long-term impact rather than transactional growth.
Jennifer Santoso
Director, Organizational Dev & Training

Jennifer Santoso is Director of Organizational Development and Training at Parsley360, where she leads the design and delivery of data-informed leadership development, change enablement, and enterprise training programs that translate insight into measurable organizational impact. She brings nearly two decades of experience helping organizations strengthen leadership effectiveness, trust, and performance during periods of growth and transformation.
Prior to joining Parsley360, Jennifer founded VAST Leadership Development, where she partnered with executives and leadership teams to improve engagement, retention, and decision-making through targeted coaching and facilitation. Earlier in her career, she held consulting roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte, leading cross-functional initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, process improvement, and trust-building at scale. She also served as a senior leadership trainer at San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), where delivery rigor, stakeholder alignment, and change readiness were critical to success.
Jennifer has designed and delivered more than 200 leadership and professional development programs across public and private sector organizations, with clients reporting significant performance improvements and strong demand for continued engagement. Her work consistently bridges strategy, human behavior, and execution—ensuring that learning initiatives drive sustained behavior change rather than standalone training events.
At Parsley360, Jennifer oversees the company’s enterprise delivery and adoption strategy, including leadership of the Orchestrator Program. In this role, she ensures each client organization designates and enables an internal orchestrator—serving as a point of accountability to support adoption, address questions in the field, and act as a liaison between client teams and Parsley’s corporate leadership. This approach enables a tailored, high-touch experience while ensuring insights translate into durable organizational change.
Jennifer holds a Wharton Executive Certificate in Sustainability Strategy, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a B.S. in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego. Her work at Parsley ensures that human-centered AI insights are operationalized thoughtfully, responsibly, and at scale.
Matt Nafarrete
Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Matt Nafarrete is Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Parsley360, where he supports the design and implementation of the company’s core platform infrastructure, application architecture, and user experience. He brings deep experience building scalable, secure SaaS systems and translating product vision into reliable, production-ready software.
Prior to joining Parsley360, Matt founded and advised multiple SaaS ventures, leading end-to-end development across backend systems, cloud infrastructure, data design, and frontend experiences. His work consistently bridged technical execution and business strategy, helping early-stage companies modernize operations, improve system reliability, and scale thoughtfully.
At Parsley360, Matt contributes across backend architecture and frontend development, ensuring that the systems supporting Parsley’s empathetic reasoning engine are cohesive, maintainable, and secure. He plays a key role in aligning engineering execution with product vision—supporting a platform that must balance technical sophistication with usability, trust, and enterprise readiness.
Matt’s work strengthens Parsley’s ability to deliver a seamless, intuitive experience while maintaining the performance, security, and scalability required for enterprise adoption.
Tanner Berman
Software Engineer
Meet Tanner
Tanner Berman is a Software Engineer at Parsley360, supporting data infrastructure, product development, and system refinement on a part-time basis. He joined Parsley360 as a Summer Software Engineering Intern and quickly became a trusted contributor, continuing his work with the team while completing his Computer Science degree at the University of California, San Diego.
During his internship, Tanner contributed to foundational elements of Parsley’s data processing and system architecture, helping build tooling to support complex real-world data and strengthening components of the platform that power Parsley’s empathetic reasoning engine. His ability to connect engineering decisions to product outcomes distinguished his work early on.
In addition to his work at Parsley360, Tanner has held leadership roles in academic engineering organizations, including serving as Software Lead for ACM at UC San Diego, where he co-led development of a collaborative application supporting real-world use cases.
Tanner’s continued involvement reflects Parsley360’s focus on talent development, thoughtful resourcing, and building technical bench strength as the company scales.
Antonio J. Viana
Board Director (Non-Executive)

Antonio Viana is a Non-Executive Director at Parsley360, bringing more than 30 years of experience in global technology leadership, corporate governance, and scaling complex technology businesses. His background spans semiconductors, AI infrastructure, and enterprise IP-driven companies operating at global scale.
Antonio currently serves as Chairman of BrainChip, a publicly traded neuromorphic AI processor company operating across Australia and the United States. He also serves on the board of Arteris, a market-leading network-on-chip company that successfully completed an IPO in 2021, where he chairs the Remuneration and Governance Committee and serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees. In addition, he holds a board position with PQShield, an Oxford-based company specializing in post-quantum cryptography solutions.
Previously, Antonio served as Executive Chairman of QuantalRF, an emerging RF semiconductor company, and spent more than a decade at ARM Holdings, the global leader in semiconductor IP. At ARM, he held multiple senior leadership roles, including President of Commercial and Global Development and Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales, helping scale the company from a multi-million-dollar operation into a multi-billion-dollar global IP leader.
At Parsley360, Antonio provides independent governance oversight, strategic guidance, and scale-oriented perspective, supporting disciplined growth, executive decision-making, and long-term value creation as the company builds enterprise-grade, trust-sensitive AI systems.
Paul Brahe
Strategic Advisor
Meet Paul
Paul Brahe is a Strategic Advisor to Parsley360, providing guidance across finance, security, operations, and capital strategy. He brings more than 30 years of experience spanning technology, asset management, institutional research, and public and private company governance.
Paul is the founder of Tiburon Research, a technology and financial research firm, and previously co-founded and operated multiple investment and asset management entities, including Newport Capital Asset Management Group and Newport Capital Special Situations Fund, which focused on activist investing across public and private markets. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Research at Preferred Capital Markets and as a partner at Apodaca-Johnston Investment Group, where he helped grow assets under management from approximately $2 million to $800 million.
In addition to his financial background, Paul has hands-on experience in software programming, systems analysis, and security-focused system design. He has served on numerous public and private company boards, including Komag Inc. (NASDAQ: KOMG), where he participated on the Board, Audit Committee, and Special Finance Committee prior to the company’s $1.7 billion acquisition by Western Digital.
At Parsley360, Paul advises on capital structure, security considerations, and operational decision-making bringing a disciplined, risk-aware perspective to the company’s growth and enterprise readiness.
