Founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board
At the helm of Parsley360, Sheryl Anjanette, Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chariman of the Board, brings more than three decades of experience in leadership, marketing, and performance optimization. Sheryl's professional journey, marked by significant roles even before her entrepreneurial venture in 2001, reflects a deep-seated commitment to enhancing organizational health and efficacy.
Sheryl's early career includes pivotal director roles and her notable contribution to the implementation strategy following the merger of Elizabeth Arden and Mario Tricoci, where she developed a comprehensive management and leadership program for their retail division. Her tenure as Vice President at FFF Enterprises, a biopharmaceutical distribution company, further underscores her expertise. There, she successfully built a high performing team, managed multiple companies and programs, launched an award-winning industry magazine, and transformed a cost center into a profit center for the company.
Holding advanced certifications in strategy, performance technology, cognitive behavioral neuroscience, and clinical stress, anxiety and emotional regulation, Sheryl's academic background complements her hands-on industry experience. Her insights as the best-selling author of "The Imposter Lies Within" and her status as an international speaker reflect her ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.

Craig Martin
Co-Founder, CSO and Board Member
Craig Martin, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Parsley360, stands at the forefront of AI innovation in performance optimization. His expertise extends through the complexities of generative AI, emotion and sentiment analysis, and high-stakes data security, reflective of Parsley's commitment to government level, secure and private AI solutions.
With a career spanning over four decades, Craig's profound knowledge of business-class software development, advanced system analytics, and High-Performance Computing (HPC) has positioned him as a leader in AI-driven technologies. His experience with Big Data and predictive modeling has been instrumental in advancing Parsley's AI capabilities, especially in the nuanced fields of systems biology and bioinformatics.
Craig's distinguished role in projects with the Department of Defense (DoD) highlights his expertise in developing secure and resilient technologies. This experience is crucial to Parsley's dedication to implementing government-level security and privacy protocols, ensuring the highest standards of data protection and ethical AI use.
As the CEO of Metaphor Logic, Craig led the development of machine learning applications in precision medicine, genetics, and computational linguistics, showcasing his versatility in tackling complex AI challenges. His tenure at Simulations LLC as a Systems Engineer on the Board of Advisors involved critical R&D in military hardware and internet security, further solidifying his credentials in secure systems design.
In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Craig spearheaded the development of a pioneering coaching software platform, a venture that aligns closely with Parsley's focus on AI-driven coaching solutions. His leadership in this project involved full-stack development of a mobile-first SaaS platform, leveraging machine learning for enhanced semantic analysis, scheduling, and workflow engines. This experience, devoid of its specific corporate identity, remains a cornerstone of Craig's expertise, directly contributing to the innovative AI coaching tools at Parsley Performance Solutions. Mark Morsch
Chief Technology Officer
Mark Morsch is a pioneering technology leader with over three decades of experience in artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP). He brings deep expertise in deploying and scaling enterprise-level AI solutions in highly regulated industries, including healthcare and corporate environments.
As CTO, and part of Parsley360’s founding team, Mark is pivotal in the development of our AI-driven solutions that transform workplace performance and well-being. His proven track record in innovation, team leadership, and problem-solving makes him instrumental in shaping Parsley’s technology strategy and execution.
Previously, Mark was a founding team member of A-Life Medical, an AI MedTech company that pioneered the application of AI & NLP in clinical documentation and coding. A-Life was acquired by UnitedHealth Group’s Optum in 2010 for $85 million, cementing its role as a foundational technology in healthcare automation.
Following the acquisition, Mark served for 10 years as Vice President of Technology at Optum, where he led strategy and innovation initiatives for AI and NLP across a portfolio of healthcare products. He built and led high-performing teams that successfully developed, commercialized, and scaled AI solutions used by providers, payers, and life sciences organizations to process billions of clinical documents annually.
A recognized inventor and thought leader, Mark is co-inventor on seven issued patents in AI, health information, and early disease detection. He was also the primary architect of the patented LifeCode NLP engine, which remains a core technology in clinical data processing today.
Mark’s ability to navigate complex technological and operational challenges with strategic insight and calm leadership makes him a critical asset in Parsley’s mission to redefine AI-powered emotional intelligence and workplace well-being at scale.
Jim Cerna
Chief Financial Officer
Jim Cerna brings over 30 years of experience in public companies and more than two decades in executive leadership roles, including the C-suite. Most recently, Jim served as Chief Financial Officer at Deploy360, a user-centered software development company focused on providing software engineering services for the Department of Defense (DoD) with an emphasis on continuous software improvement.
In parallel, Jim was Head of Capital Markets at Loop Media, Inc. (NYSE: LPTV), where he led risk management and investment banking efforts from 2021 to 2024. Before this, he served as CFO of Loop Media, a leader in video streaming services, driving financial strategy and supporting the company’s mission to deliver curated music and entertainment content.
Jim’s extensive leadership background includes serving as CEO of FogChain Inc., a publicly traded software company in Silicon Valley, and CEO and CFO of SauceLabs Inc., one of the largest global software testing companies. Earlier in his career, he held executive positions at Armada Oil, Lucas Energy, and NetCurrents. Jim is the author and co-author of seven patents, including three granted to date, highlighting his innovative contributions to technology and business strategy. His expertise spans software development, video streaming, and financial strategy, making him an invaluable asset in driving Parsley’s financial strategy and operational growth.
Jim is a Lieutenant and Pilot with the Civil Air Patrol, U.S. Air Force Auxiliary, Squadron 192, and holds multiple certificates of achievement from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts. His diverse experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and financial acumen make him a pivotal addition to the Parsley team, where he will oversee financial strategy and operational excellence to support the company’s mission of transforming workplace performance and well-being.

With a foundation in healthcare as a mission-driven caregiver turned entrepreneur, Nancy's career has been defined by her ability to exceed expectations in business interactions, making them not only rewarding but genuinely enjoyable for all parties involved.
Starting her journey in the high-stakes environment of Cardiac Intensive Care and oncology nursing at premier institutions in Columbus, OH, Nancy's firsthand experience with patient care and the critical impact of healthcare costs ignited her entrepreneurial spirit. Her academic background, with a Registered Nurse license from The Ohio State University and Mt. Carmel School of Nursing, laid a solid foundation for her transition from frontline healthcare worker to innovative leader.
As the founder of Snap Medical Industries, Nancy demonstrated exceptional leadership in addressing the urgent need for cost-efficient medical solutions. Under her guidance, Snap Medical introduced groundbreaking products that significantly reduced healthcare expenses while improving patient care, showcasing her ability to lead with innovation and integrity.

Jennifer Santoso
Director, Organizational Development & Training
Jennifer Santoso brings nearly two decades of expertise in leadership consulting, change management, and talent development to Parsley. A dynamic facilitator and executive coach, she has designed and delivered more than 200 leadership and soft-skill programs for organizations ranging from San Diego Gas & Electric to NAVWAR, boosting KPIs by up to 70 percent and earning voluntary follow-on coaching requests from one-quarter of participants.
Before joining Parsley, Jennifer founded VAST Leadership Development, where she doubled her clients’ revenue, retention, and engagement timelines through strategic coaching and forum facilitation for small-business leaders. Earlier roles include senior leadership trainer at Sempra, capital advisor in commercial real estate finance, and consulting positions with Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte, where she led cross-functional teams to streamline processes and elevate organizational trust.
A passionate advocate for continuous learning, Jennifer holds a Wharton Executive Certificate in Sustainability Strategy, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a B.S. in Cognitive Science with a minor in Ethnic Studies from UC San Diego. An ENTJ-A and DISC iD profile, she channels her natural drive and storytelling talent into board service and outreach for CREW San Diego, where she currently chairs the CREW Careers program.

Antonio J. Viana
Non-Executive Director
Antonio J. Viana is a 30+ yr veteran in the tech industry. In addition to serving on the board of Parsley, Mr. Viana is also the Chairman of BrainChip, an Australian and US based neuro-morphic AI Processor company.
Since 2015, Mr. Viana has also sat on the board of Arteris, the market leading Network-on-Chip company who successfully IPOed in 2021. At Arteris, Mr. Viana currently chairs the Renumeration and Governance Committee while sitting on the Audit and Compensation committees.
Mr. Viana's most recent board appointment following Parsley is to PQShield, an Oxford-based post quantum cryptography solutions providere.
From 2016-2021, Mr. Viana served as the Executive Chairman of QuantalRF, an emerging Swiss RF semiconductor company.
In 1999, Mr. Viana joined ARM Holdings, the global leader in semiconductor IP, serving in a number of leadership positions, most notably as the President of Commercial and Global Development. At ARM, he helped scale the company's commercial operation from a multi-million dollar entity to the multi-billion dollar IP market leader it is today. He was appointed to the ARM executive team as Executive VP of worldwide sales in 2007. In 2013, Mr. Viana transitioned to President of Commercial and Global Development.
Prior to ARM, Mr. Viana has also worked for Hughes Aircraft, Silicon Graphics, Encore Industries and was Senior VP of worldwide sales at Tensilica Inc. Mr. Viana is graduate of California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
Paul Brahe
Advisor
Paul Brahe has more than 30 years of experience in the technology and financial sectors.
Mr. Brahe founded Tiburon Research, a technology and financial institutional research organization. He helped start and operate an oil and gas services company that recently completed an exit with an asset portfolio sale after eight years of operations. He also helped found the Newport Capital Asset Management Group which includes Newport Capital Banc Holdings and Newport Capital Special Situations Fund, which focused on activist investing in diversified public and private sectors.
Prior to forming Tiburon Research, Mr. Brahe was the Director of Research at Preferred Capital Markets, a full-service institutional, retail and online brokerage firm. Before joining Preferred Capital, Mr. Brahe was a Partner with Apodaca-Johnston Investment Group, working as a hedge fund and mutual fund portfolio manager. During his time at Apodaca-Johnston, he helped the firm grow from $2 million to $800 million in assets.
Mr. Brahe’s experience also includes software programming, systems analysis, security and systems design. Mr. Brahe served on multiple public and private Board of Directors including formerly serving on the Board, Audit, and Special Finance Committees of Komag Inc. (NASDAQ: KOMG), a publicly traded independent supplier of disk drive media which was sold to Western Digital Corp for $1.7 billion.
He holds a degree in Economics from Stanford University.
